New Customers
Quadvest makes it easy to
become a new customer and all the necessary paperwork can be completed
on-line. There are two methods to becoming a new customer- purchasing a
new lot without water service or purchasing an existing lot with water
service.
For our customers who purchase a lot without water service,
Quadvest needs:
•
Payment for the
specific size water meter
•
The signed Return
Page of the Service Agreement
•
The signed Customer
Service Inspection Certification (CSIC) filled out by a licensed
Service Inspector
(not a licensed plumber) with the inspector's ID
number included
Once the new meter payments are received, Quadvest will provide a
Payment Verification letter which is required by the county to obtain a
building permit. Building permits are obtained from the county
courthouse.
For our customers that purchase an existing lot with water
service, Quadvest needs:
•
The signed Return
Page of the Service Agreement
•
Payment of $45 new
service fee
•
The start date for
new service and authorization from previous owners to transfer service
to
new customer
Quadvest provides our new customers with our Utility Service Rules, CSIC,
and Service Agreement. Some of the highlights in these documents are the
following:
1.
Bill due dates - the
16th of each month
2.
Payment methods-
check, cash, Master Card, Discover, Visa.
3.
Autopay through checking or your choice of credit cards.
4.
Rate Schedule
